What the hell is going on in this picture??? Its so hilarious slash borderline inappropriate that I love it.

Mr. Bieber performed at the Best Buy Mobile School Presentation at Seminole High in FL today and (what looks like to me) he also propositioned the two girls with the braces next to him?
The black girl one row back is so jealous she is throwing out the death stare! And just so you know my 15 year old inner self is giving Braces McGee the death stare too!
